Company profile Marching had its humble beginning in 1968 as a dispensary and pharmaceutical wholesaler. In 1984, the company was reorganized into a corporation, and named Marching Pharmaceutical Ltd., becoming one of the leading pharmaceutical manufacturers of ethical quality products and contractor for pharmaceutical in Hong Kong. Presently, its products are widely marketed in the domestic market, and through direct & indirect exports. The new millennium has brought the company to a new forefront with the completion of the renovation of its facilities. The year 2002 ushered in an industrial breakthrough for the company when it was issued by the local DOH with a Certificate for Manufacturer that complies with Good Manufacturing Practices, otherwise known as GMP, as recommended by the World Health Organization. With its very well equipped modern manufacturing facilities, coupled with experienced production and quality assurance personnel, Marching ensures every batch of product is produced under compliance with its stringent specifications. Its production line adheres to a well-documented, validated and audited system. Our company is totally committed to quality medicines, and our mission is to bring to the market innovative, high quality health care products.

Production Marching manufactures over-the-counter (OTCs) drugs and prescription pharmaceuticals. We have the ability to manufacture a wide variety of solid, semi-solid and liquid dosage forms, i.e. tablets, capsules, powders, granules, syrups, suspension, creams, gels and ointments. Our products are packaged with our very own house labels, but they are also available for private labeling. With the new design of our production facilities, each of the processing areas of our different dosage forms is housed in individual units designed with high performance HVAC and dust control systems. These virtually eliminates the possibility of cross contamination during the production and packaging processes, ensuring the purity of our products, enabling us to maintain the exact specification for each formulation. All manufacturing processes are properly recorded, documented and filed.

Quality Assurance As a complement to our production facilities, Marching has established a highly competent Quality Control unit. Our on-line checking and analytical laboratory system ensures all production processes are strictly monitored and highly controlled through its Good Manufacturing Practices policy. All batches are tested for potency and conformity to product specification. Each processing unit of the Production Department operates according to meticulously drafted Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) which are implemented by qualified personnel trained to perform their given tasks. All intermediate and finished products are subjected to meticulous physical inspections and laboratory analyses by our Quality Control technicians before they are released for distribution.

Our Policy Marching's label has come to mean quality & trust. We emphasize the importance of supplying our customers with the highest quality generics. Products are manufactured to comply with GMP in all aspects of manufacturing concerns, including premises, personnel, equipment, as well as documentation. All processes and control procedures are documented and batch histories are Filed as per SOPs.
