Process & Equipment

The different processing stages in the production line are executed by highly experienced production technicians and closely monitored by our Quality Control Department.

In order to exercise control over these processes, written procedures have been drafted, reviewed and approved by the responsible organizational units. Individuals who have the educational background and working experience required of their respective job head these units. The processes are strictly implemented and documented accordingly.

The processes, and the controls exercised in those processes, incorporate all facets of manufacturing - including the raw materials, methods, personnel and equipment. To help achieve our mission of bringing high quality health care products to the market, our company has brought to our production line a whole new series of compounding equipment. Using high-grade stainless steel material where appropriate, our equipment have been designed, manufactured and tested to assure the quality we claim of our products.

For solid dosage forms, the processes include dry and wet granulation and make use of equipment such as super mixer, drying oven and fluid-bed granulator/dryer. For the semi-solid dose line, we have a homo-mixer for compounding and a fully automatic filling machine. For our oral, liquid-dose, we have two fully automatic compounding systems. They are closed-systems which have been designed to achieve a high degree of cleanliness and sanitation, incorporating both CIP (clean-in-place) and SIP (sanitation-in-place). Our Packaging Department has gone a long way from its aged manual operations to an almost fully automatic packaging line with the installation of new packaging equipment.
